PERSONALITY:
In comparison towards the older England, it's quite surely to tell that, there wasn't much of a difference. The Small England, still has the same quirks and behaviors as the older Arthur obtains. Stubborn, an Sore Loser, and basically you can name him a Tsundere. But that's what gives the Kirkland's there name, right? As the same as England, he's the sort of stubborn kid you'll find yelling to get his way, or pouting in a corner if he doesn't. Just maybe alot less crueler.
Needless to say, of course little Arthur, would never want to cause any trouble doing so. He may have been the type who wants to have his way, but he was actually also the kind of type who could also called 'amicable', never being the one who pulls pranks to everyone. In your deepest surprise, though the Britain lad, may share tons of traits as his older self did, Arthur is seemed to be more 'friendly' towards other children/adults, as long as they didn't got onto his bad side, or tick him off. What Arthur didn't want was enemies. He was already bad enough having his older siblings bully him now (since he wasn't so strong at the time), so he tries his best to avoid causing problems with anyone who intimidates him in any way.
And in popular belief, in Arthur's childhood, he could also seem to be more open minded and less insulting towards other people, and maybe having a little introversion in him, too. What Arthur never wants is to have a group of others hating him, and in another deep surprise, he isn't afraid to say that's lonely and needs someone, in front of people. Especially if it was someone who he was close to. Since Arthur seems not to be much of a 'people' person, he usually tends to cling on the ones that he's most attached too and likes the most. But even though the English boy could be honest, that never would make him admit that he enjoyed their company, and fears on the inside if he would lose them.
STRENGTHS:
Friendly: When the little kid wants to be, he will give a heart. Despite of his older appearance's personality, he usually shows this 'amicable' behavior more frequently.
Good Listener: He knows what's good and what's not, and when told to do something he will usually do it. Yes, he may daydream sometimes, but kids are kids.
Ambitious: As all kids are, when he has a goal, he is determined straightforward to that goal. He'll work hard if he really wants to complete, and would never give up on anything, if it isn't impossible.
WEAKNESSES:
Naive: Now how most kids are, they are normally to believe anything someone older then them says, and as for Little England, it never went different. He probably could tell what's wrong, and what's bad, but in most cases, not as much.
Weak: For a fact, we all know kids aren't strong. But as with Arthur, he could be defined as very weak. Though his words may come out with strength, his strength in general is not strong at all. The reasons why he is usually pushed around now and then, by his brothers.
Shy: With older England, the timidness of the smaller ones, is even worse then the older England as he is now. He is very quiet when it comes to crowds, and it's very difficult for him to make friends or talk to anyone, which makes him look indifferent or weird, in his opinion.
And how it's a shame that we can't work together.
RP EXAMPLE:
Arthur took a irritated sigh, as he entered preschool classroom. It was another day of having forced to go to school with all these bloody annoying children (though he shouldn't be the one who was talking) and even though there was so much ruckus, Arthur had nothing to do. All he had was one spell book he had
Normally kids his age would probably be playing with each other already, no need of bringing things from home; but Arthur was different. Though he could be quite the loudmouth (like his older self), that never meant he was just an out going person who could talk to anyone. For some reason the boy just couldn't randomly jump into conversations, and could be surprisingly quite shy when it came to public areas.
And once he looked around the room that was filled with chatterboxes, he already knew it was going to be hard to make friends, with them and their loudness. So he tried to find so tried to find someone alone like him, and out of the crowd, scanning the room. Noticing a small figure in the corner of the classroom, he slowly waddled his way over towards him, snuggling his unicorn before kneeling beside him nervously, setting his unicorn on the rug, hopefully catching the other's attention. Letting out a soft whimper in distress, he began to slowly speak, with a little stutter.
"N-...Neigh?"
The truth is we do.
